Our Galette Des Rois is made using puff pastry filled with your choice of a traditional almond frangipane with fleur d’orange, candied lemon and orange confit.

Each Galette Des Rois contains a ‘feve’, in ours it is a whole almond placed inside, and whoever finds it in their piece is King or Queen for the day.
