Spelt Loaf
Low-glutenized bread. Organic white spelt flour (a low-glutenized organic heirloom flour), extra-virgin olive oil, water, sourdough, sea salt, malt powder. Great gluten sensitive option
Seeds and Grains Levain
Light, French-Style sourdough. White sourdough starter, organic white flour/bread flour with a small combination of whole-wheat and rye flour, water, salt, malt powder. Grains- sesame, flax, millet and sunflower seeds.
Challah
Only available on Fridays. Braided sweetened egg-bread. Organic white flour, honey, sugar, eggs, vegetable oil, baker’s yeast water, sea salt and malt powder.
