You can place an order and select when to pick up your order in store Thursday to Sunday between 11am-3:30pm.
Limited Bread Selection on Wednesday!!
No same day orders, however the store is open for walk in orders on a first come first served basis. Cutoff time is 10am for next day orders. Ordering for the next week begins on Saturdays.

Breads
Light, French-Style sourdough. White sourdough starter, organic white flour/bread flour with a small combination of
whole-wheat and rye flour, water, salt, malt powder.
At checkout you can select if you would like it sliced.
Our baguette rougie is composed of mixture of organic red fife flour and Canadian red spring wheat.
Lighter Rye sourdough bread. 60% organic rye flour/rye meal and 40%organic whole wheat flour. Levain base (slight sourdough flavour) water, sea salt, malt powder.
Our streusel bread is composed of sultana raisins, walnuts, candied orange peel, and our house made streusel topping.
Light, fluffy rustic loaf. Organic white flour, with a very small amount of rye and whole wheat flours. Water, sea salt, baker’s yeast, malt powder.

Use this culture in your own bread recipe.
Upon purchasing store in fridge. It will keep active approximately 1 week. During this week you can add this culture into your sourdough recipe. To continue using this culture after 1 week you must reactivate it by mixing flour (1 cup) and warm water (1 cup) into the culture. Let it sit at room temperature for 12-14 hours. You can use this culture in your sourdough recipe, then store it in the fridge. Continue to repeat this process every few days.

Tea Characteristics
A unique blend of green tea and mint, creates a delicious and flavourful tea. Also known as Maghrebi mint tea, this tea is first put in the teapot and boiling water is added, after a minute sugar is added.
