Chris has been hard at work this summer making beautiful breads for the amazing Vancouver Farmer's Markets this year. 

But as we inch closer and closer to opening up at the new bakery, he's started playing around with some amazing breads.  

Here's Chris with a 4KG loaf of the levain bread. Soon to be one of Bâtards signature loaves!
